Shocking service and ****med me with the price of the service

I took my car into Renault Fourways on the 25 July 2019 for a minor serice. They asked me if they could replace the brake pads to which I said yes - they charged me over R2000 for these front brake pads. Also when they phoned me they said they have an arrangement with a glass company that comes in to inspect the windscreens of the cars that are in the workshop and that this glass company have found a chip in my front windscreen and they can fix at a cost of R200 which will be claimed from my insurance. I have now just received my insurance anniversary letter and I see that this so-called glass company that Renault Fourways is in cahoots with has charged me R3700 for the chip in the front windscreen!!!! This is the last Renault I buy and I will never use a Renault dealership and most certainly not this one ever again!!!
