shocking service

<p>My renault clio I have had for 2 years has been more in the garage then in my garage.. Car went it for a service over a year ago besides the fact that it came back with a bump on the back bumper I told them the car is making a bad noise when I am stopped , so they serviced the car and changed some part, fw weeks later noise was still there so went back they said it was the heater hose they changed that it then still made the noise so went in for, service and while there they fixed the bump and supposed to fix the noise which had been there over a year, they had the car for over 3 weeks came back and guess what!!! the noise is still there, I recorded it on my phone I sent it to the service manager, when I went to collect the car they had no idea I had one of their cars, they couldnt find the job card so could not confirm service was actuallly done so I left... got a call from service dept few hours later to say sorry we found the job card you need to pay R1500.00 for the service.. so I need to go back now to pay but dont think I will pay another cent until this car is sorted once and for all !! when I asked what they did for the noise she said they oiled the fan belt, well sounds like I am still driving a tractor.. now trying to get thru to them its actually renault clearwater and no luck just get put thru and listen to 94.7 on the phone cause nobody picks up and nobody comes back to you to ask if they can take a message !! what shocking service</p>
