Shocking customer Service

Shocking customer service! Waiting for an ordered part for months. No updates unless I follow up. If the agent follows up with the "parts depart.ent" and promises to let me know before EOB... NO ACTION! calling back to follow up from my side again and I leave a message for the callcentre to call me back twice in one day - NO ACTION! Absolutely shocking
