Service sucks

<p>In Feb, I took my car in for it's annual service. Three days later, my petrol attendant infomed me the car needed oil!!! On returning it to Renault, they said the oil pump needed to be replaced. And - when they were busy with the pump, they told me the clutch also needed to be replaced as oil had leaked into it. Well, I have held off having the clutch done. On getting my car back, the wheels were squeeling as if I was speeding, going around corners, over paint or drains. These wheels were only replaced in September last year. And having just had a DQ disc fitted, I knew they had passed the wheel test. Took them back to where the DQ disc was fitted, only to have to replace the two front tyres and the wheel alignment was completely out. Then I discovered my bonnet cable had snapped. I kept having to phone to try get a replacement cost from them - with no response or help. By far the worst service ever. </p>
