Service received from Renault in Somerset West

We have taken my Wife's Renault Duster 1.5 Dci to the Renault Dealership in Somerset West, Western Cape due to a warning light that emerged. It came on while my wife was driving back from Cape Town International Airport bacm home after having dropped me off. The friendly receptionist informed us that a dianostic test woyld cost us about R1000 and further R500 to reset any faults. We left the Duster with them. I was called after about 2 hours to inform me that the car was ready for us and that we don't have to pay anything becsuse it was 'on the house' We have really appreciated that especially after having to pay about R13000 for funeral costs 2 days before. That was excellent news and service rendered to us.
