SERVICE IS TERRIBLE

I have a factory fault on my Renault Kadjar. The car has been with Renault since the 16/01/2018.

So far all I get is people who dont know what is happening with the part. They keep telling me they cant match the part but surely they must then replace my vehicle. I HAVE ONLY HAD THIS CAR FOR 1 MONTH. NEW OUT THE BOX and already all these problems.

No one ever comes back to me and they treat me like im at fault.
