Selling resprayed cars as New!

1 year ago my dad bought me a brand new Renault Duster. I drove the car from the dealership floor myself, I was so proud and thankful! This car is my baby and is very well looked after! On the weekend I got a scratch on my front bumper in a parking area, so my heart was sore. I took it in to hear if they can fix it, and the guy told me that my bumper has been sprayed already as there was overspray (now clearly visible) on the black bumper. I mean we never checked for that, you then buy a brand new car of the floor... The Principal just responded with \Sorry we didn't pay any money to have the car sprayed or anything
