Selling a damaged car

On the 11/01/2019 I bought a brand new Renault Captur in Cape Town Tableview. On the 13/01/2019 the car would not start, it was towed to Queenstown. I contacted the salesman and sales manager regarding a car replacement but they refused. I later requested a cancellation of the deal, they refused. I contacted Renault customer care, they only offered me a loan car on a Friday, I was told that I would have to return that car after 3 days. I refused taking that car, as I was only offered it for 3 days, after I had been without a car for 2 weeks. Up to this day, I still don't have a car, not a word from my dealership in Cape Town, not a word from Renault S.A, not a word from Renault Queenstown...
