Selfish dealership

I took my car in for service this morning at 8am i was promised that i would get a call as soon as the services is done and a driver would pick me up, its now 17:00 and their phones lines are not going through. i have been trying to contact the dealership since 15:30 and there was no response to their phone, I'm now stranded with no car and they couldn't care less, this is the worst service I've ever received, Renault is infringing my right to my property by keeping my vehicle on their premises after hours without my permission. This is not the end of it I'm really angry about the level of service Renault offers
