Second breakdown in 35 days and no courtesy vehicle
I have a Clio 4 with 30 000 km on the clock, still under warranty. The vehicle has broken down twice in the last 35 days and both times the dealership is unable to provide alternative transport. I have had to hire a car at my own expense on both occasions. I would like to believe that Renault would make vehicles available to clients who are inconvenienced by breakdowns of their products.

19 Oct 2017, 11:40Update, a courtesy vehicle was provided after my HP complaint, it took 9 days to repair my engine and now I have to submit an insurance claim for hail damage because the dealership left my car parked outside. The service advisor reassured me twice that my car had not suffered hail damage as it was inside at the time of the hail storm on 9 October. Thanks for incurring an insurance excess and depreciating my car value further through hail damage Renault East rand.
