Scratching sound on the car

Bought a Renault Kiger 1.0 in 2023, just after its first service it came back with a scratching sound on the left front wheel, especially when in reverse or full swing. Complained to the dealership several times about this but was told the sound is normal, which was never there before. Not happy with that at all & will not recommend that anyone go for that car.
