Sandero stepway plus

I bought a Sandero stepway plus back in 2019 and thought I would have the most amazing experience with car. A few months after I bought it, it started marking some sound. I took it to the dealership constantly and was told it was a normal sound, A year later prior to my constant visits to the dealership the problem was still there, I kept going back and finally they tried to address the issue but kept changing the wrong things on this car and the issue persisted until my service plan expired. I even complained about this issue to Renault SA but got no assistance.I cant not even wait to break even and trade in this car because am done.

A piece of advice, before buying any car, do your research about the brand and ensure you buy something that will give you a piece of mind.
