Sad Experience

Bought my Sandero model 2017 in April 2017 it started giving problems with gears jamming and refusing to select gears unless I turn the engine off and that exposed me to a serious risk because sometimes it just stops in the middle of the road. I then took my car for inspection to a dealer in Bloemfontein Multifranchise on Friday the 13th October, where it was found that there is a manufacturing fault. They wanted to take the car in right there, but the problem is they could not provide me with a car so i had to take the car and call road assist to collect the car today Monday the 16th October. The problem here is that they had said they will have the car with them until they find a part and they have no idea how long the car will be in their possession. This puts me in a frustrating situation as I have bought the car to avoid inconvenience but now within 7 months of this brand new purchase I have to suffer the consequences of the manufacture's fault. The dealer seem not concerned with the fact that I needed a car for my daily business. I feel cheated by Renault to have sold me this faulty car and to top it up they fail to provide me with a courtesy car.
