Rusted vehicle

I purchase a 2018 Renault capture and ar 3689km the wheels started making a noise when I brake. After been at the dealership three times and after the assurance that it safe to travel to Cape Town it still making a noise. I then on further inspection when the vehicle was standing with its wheels turning saw how rusted the parts were on the vehicle. To think this is a brand new vehivle and hot it with 88kms on the clock. But rusted and unsafe. Renault made me want to sell the vehicle and buy another brand.
