Rude and no service on reanult midrand.xang

Poor service. We are busy arguing about the service they suppose to do. The lady is very rude. First the lady spoke afrikaans on the side and after she was rude, secondly she made hang on the phone. In the morning I took in the car and the white guy took in the car after the same lady calls me and tells me they cant service the car because the service has expired. How because the car shows it's due for service. And I brought it the next day which is today. They show us the book that we didn't know about. Can this be solved quickly. I'm very ****ed. This is a ticket to leave reanult after such long time driving it.
