Route 24 Renault, Unacceptable Service

Booked in my Renault Duster 1.5Dci for its 30k service at Route 24 Renault. I complained that the Hydraulic Lifters for the boot does not open the lid properly. When collecting the vehicle the service advisor stated that the lifters was not installed properly and that they have sorted it out. After arriving home, I noted that my vehicle was damaged where they fixed the lifters, the paint was chipped, looked like the dented the fixing area by hitting it with a hammer. Took the vehicle back on the 2 November, they said I need to bring it in on the 9 November where they phoned to extend to the 10 November. They gave me a loan car. Since then, I have not heard anything with regards to the repair of the damage which was caused by the service department. The Service Manager has not yet been in contact with me as I have requested. I bought my vehicle from them, serviced it with them, afraid this will be the last time and will not recommend anyone to approach this dealership for sales or service.
