Robbing game at Renault Wonderwaters

I took my car for service in Oct. I paid for all issues they claim my car has. When I picked it up I realise that the lamps when I switch on are not working and this is one of the things I paid for I immediately called the service manager who advised me to come drop it when I'm available. I explained to her that it won't me easy for me as I work far and I don't have time to be late at work just for dropping my car as they were suppose to sort it out as they had the cat the whole day. I went there to book for it now they come up with some extra charges of lighta that I don't know about. Their service sucks big time. They can't expect me to pay for something that I paid for the last time and want my refund. Please help me to resolve this matter as I paid R750 on my previous car service. And this was not the first with this sucking service from this shop geez I regret why I even bothered to buy such a car.
