, In December 2017 I purchased a demo vehicle from macarthy woodmead Renault for my wife, the sales consultant at the time Nathan in their used vehicle department looked on his system and told me there is two available to choose from in the colour that we were looking for, The vehicle in question is a Renault sandero stepway 900t ph2 ,we were told that this specific vehicle has cruise control and pdc sensors being the better spec version , I then completed the contract for finance and asked the sales person what these cars cost new to which I was told R220.000.00 the vehicle had allot of small scratches and dents so we assumed R20000.00 off the new price would be fair , it turns out that the vehicle we were sold at R189900.00 actually costs R184000.00 brandnew as the vehicle we were sold is an expression model and not the dynamic as we were told . I have contacted the dealer on many occasions to rectify this problem and nothing has been done it took almost 3 months to get my number plates from them and I am getting very frustrated waiting for a response , if nothing is done about this I will leave the car at the dealer and stop my instalments this is ******* and I will post it all over social media .
