<p>I had my car towed I'm to Renault Wonderwaters after it had difficulty starting and warning lights on dashboard were on.</p> <p>Note: My car was actually able to start by the time the tow truck arrived, and was driven into the truck.</p> <p>They assessed it and contacted me at the end of the next day to let me know they had found the problem, and that it was my battery which wasn't suitable for the car so they would replace the battery and reset the computer box and switch off all the lights.</p> <p><br />I gave the go ahead for them to proceed with replacing battery and resetting computer box.</p> <p>The next day, I was called to pick up my car as it was supposedly fixed and the service consultant assured me the computers had been reset, and the warning lights were now off.<br /> I paid the R2800, only to go and start my car and find all the problems I had brought the car in with, still persisted.</p> <p>I spoke to the consultant to enquire what was done as the lights had not been switched off as discussed, and he told me there was a problem with my ABS and I had to make another appointment to have that assessed and quoted.</p> <p><br />So they basically took R2800 from me under false pretenses, because my car is in the exact same condition as when I took it in</p>
