ridiculous customers service

i have had a bad experience with their products. bought a car back in 2017 and complained from the second day after having the car. till today. car has been being repaired for the last year. in and out of repairs. also theres is no customer service what so ever. dont even know why they have a customer sevice line what they never ever pick up their phones. no response to emails. nothing.
