Richard from Roodepoort

I forgot to right this earlier as this happened on Monday, we recently got a new Renault Sandero Stepway Plus and got into a bit of an accident on Saturday and 9n Monday decided to go to Renault Roodepoort to ask how much the Front bumper would be, as we got there we were assisted by a guy named Richard, this man was so rude when we asked questions, to a point where he said we can help ourselves, we ask for a manager, some Indian man who claimed to be the manager came and we asked him if were wrong to ask questions and he agreed with us that we were not, then we asked if him to ask Richard to apologize for his rudeness, at which Richard said he will not do so. I want to know how will this be dealt with and if your stuff goes for training. And until this man has given a face to face apology to me and my wife and gets a warning for not being professional, we will not let this go.
