Revolting Incompetence

I booked my car in for a brake pads service about two months ago. Service ran a diagnostic check on the vehicle as part of a overall procedure. The diagnostic check revealed a factory fault on the V-belt. The dealer did not have stock for the part and was ordered, which meant now that they could only replace the pads while they waited on a part to be delivered (about 7 working days for delivery).

The lady promised to get back to me in due time-which she never did. I called her back post 7 seven and she sighted that she forgot! (REALLY?).Which meant I had to wait again for the 7 day period. Post the period, I received no call-again! Being courteous as I am, I called her again and to my demise she did not order the part, but promised again to get the part expedited ASAP. Another 7 days-no call. I called her AGAIN, and sighted that this time it's her fault and will call by end of day, which meant another disappointment on my side, cause as predicted she DID NOT call me back AGAIN!

I then went to the dealership and found my job card under her table (REALLY?). Matter referred to her superior, and found that he was worse than her because he is MANAGEMENT-till today NO call! REALLY?
