Replacement of Brake pads twice within 30 000kms

I purchased a Renault CLIO 4 Dynamique brand new in May 2014. Shortly after the first service at approximately 16918kms on the 25/03/2015, the break pads needed to be changed. Upon enquiry as to why such a low life span, the dealership said that there is a fault with those break pads that came on the car and they will cover 70% of the cost while I will cover the rest. I agreed to this which felt reasonably fair. At the next service at 30652km on the 05/01/2016 I am informed that now both the front break discs as well as pads need to be replaced again. I informed them that I will not cover the cost as the pads were changed 14000kms ago. They then said they will only cover the break discs and if I am still not happy then I must call Renault Sa which I then did. After 4 days of trying to get a answer as to what the way forward is, I am finally told by a case manager Leo Ndabambi that they will not cover the cost for the break pads and the reason is that it is most likely the way I am driving \end of story".
