Renult Centurion Bull****ters and ********

Mid June we traded out Chevy Spark in and decided to go with a Honda Balade Vtech. We were told the minor scratches, dents and side mirror which was broken would be replaced and fixed. This we were happy with. After a lot of nagging. The car was collected. 11 July. Only to have the car sent back 3 days later with nothing done. My husband complained and was promised it would be done the following monday. The car was collected Tuesday the 17th July and returned friday 21st where the mirror had been replaced and nothing else was done. To our diamay the mirror that was replaced doesnt work, the door rubbers werent attached, the engine light, steering light and oil light now does not turn off. We thought this we can sort out today Monday the 23rd.

We left the house with all the lights flashing, car does not exceed 2500 revs and does not drive faster than 60! This after being told it has just been for its service before we bought it!

I am disgusted in the service we have recieved. Appalled at the lies we have told non stop by the salesman and the head of sales. This after we have had the car not even 2 months!

We would like the area manager to sort this out or we will be taking leagal action!
