Renualt treated me as a retard

<p>On the 2nd of this month i took my car in for service at Renult Witbank i asked them to check for my gearbox as the was noise coming from there when I'm driving the car, on the very same day Renualt contacted me and told me they have detected the problem and will strip down the gearbox and my car will taken to their Middelburg branch</p> <p> </p> <p>A week later i asked for a courtsey car and i was told they don't offer courtsey cars, 2 weeks later i called Renualt SA as no one was willing to assist me from the dealer i spoke to the lady by the name of Sharon from Renualt customer care who promised to get me a courtsey car by today, I'm still waiting for the call till now</p> <p> </p> <p>I mean Renault had my car since the 2nd of November and my car is still under warranty so why are they making it as if it's my fault that the car has gearbox problems to the point where i was told i need to pop pot R1500 for me to get a courtsey car, I'm desperet and willing to give them that money but now no one is willing to assist me, i travel everyday from Witbank to Johannesburg with public transport</p> <p> </p> <p>I might look or sound green to them but i do not appreciate being treated like a cabbage and as for Renualt i will take this matter further and will not let this lay down</p>
