Renualt Kwid.. brand new brakes terrible.

I bought a bramd new renualt kwid in may. The brakes make a terrible sound when it taken back to the dealer i was told its dust...... its sound metal to metal if driving a far distance. They scream when u apply brakes and sound bad. My hand brake lights keep coming on for a week now i was told check your brake fluid i stop at a garage in mayville for them to check. Brake fluit holder full of emptyness.... seriouly brand new car..... not happy at all.
