Renualt is a bad car brand!!!

Very disappointed. I have always taken my car to a Renualt dealerships for service for the sole purpose that I don’t lose my warranty. Today I’ve told that my cars timing needs to be fixed, at first I said to myself that it shouldn’t be an issue as my warranty should cover this. Only to be told that only 50% of the claim will be paid. I have never skipped a service on my car, I am in sales and my car is my means of making money, why would I put my work at risk but not taking my car in for a service when it’s due. I am told that the 45k service was not done on my car which is nonsense and therefore they will only pay 50% of what needs to be paid. I am leaving Renualt going to sell this car and go back to VW.

REALLY NOT PLEASED WITH THIS, worst car brand in my view.
