Renualt duster never buy one.

Our car went in for a service on the 12th of September, a warning light "system pollution" was on. AUTO CITY HEIDELBERG notified us that they can't find the problem and we must only fetch the car ( Renualt Duster) on Friday. On Friday it was a sensor problem, and we notified them we need a car as it's our only transport. Auto city gave us a kwid. Monday it was a different problem with our car, and a warranty claim had to be registered. On Wednesday they notified us, Renualt don't have the specific part and they are waiting. On Friday the problem was the warranty claim, for this specific part. On Monday the 23rd of September we were notified sorry the warranty claim hasn't been processed with renualt sa yet. I phoned renualt sa help line, spoke to a woman. I asked her to phone me back in 5 min I am just going to get the cars Vin number from the garage. She never phoned me back. I phoned again at 16:54 and the help line refuse to answer a phone. This is **** service, very disappointed and I will encourage people not to buy from renualt as the after sales support is zero.
