Renualt Bad News

<p>I bought a Renualt Kwid in May 2017. Very dissapointed with car and the service I get from them. Had the car 4 days then started to have trouble with the brakes, the a noise started on the car we were informed it was the back saet just to find out that it is not the back seat but the shockes. Afther 3 months and several times that is went back still have these problems, the back seat saftey belt clip is not working. No one at Renualt Vaal can give us answers they just saying that they are working on the problem in the meen time we must just go on as it is they know its anoining but its not dangerous also the CEO of the company expecte us to just bare with them. we already waiting 3 weeks for the parts. They ordered new schocks and the clipThe service at Renualt is very bad I have never struggelled like this before. This is a brand new car with so many problems, we pay for the car each month but we need to drive with a car full of problems.Not even the complain centre of Renualt comes back to you. This is fair. I know for sure I will never buy a renualt ever again......</p>
