Renual silence about care for their customers

My Renualt broke down and I need one small part, a Tappet valve. No big deal except there is not even one available in the whole of South Africa, or if there is one, nobody at Renualt wants to look for it. I even mailed Renualt customer care but from them also, no reply. The only response I get is when you phone a Renualt branch they tell you, you have to wait up to six weeks. So for six weeks I am without transport. I accidently send a mail to Renualt vehicle sales and there I got a response within two minutes. So they will sell you a Renualt but after sale service is a rumor. So I hope that this review reach someone at Renualt that cares enough to contact me with a solution to my problem.
