Renaults Warranty and Repair Issues

I took my 2019 Renault Sandero vehicle which is still under warranty in for repairs today.

The problem is a mechanical failure of the windscreen wiper mechanism. It seems to have seized to work.

This is a very crucial mechanism used for driving, especially in winter.

Not only did the dealership not have the parts in stock but was told by a Renault Service Advisor that I need to have a full service history which has nothing to do with the windscreen wiper mechanism as this is not covered anyway in the service plan. Also, that I need to wait for approval and continue driving this way in the mean time, dangerously!!!

This is something that needs immediate attention and repair for driving, especially in winter.

I am extremely dissapointed in Renault's service and warranty plan.
