RENAULT'S CARS NOT OF QUALITY AND SO IS THE SERVICE

I bought my Renault Kwid in November 2016 and it has been giving me problems ever since I bought it. within the first 3 months I bought it, it had an engine error message. when i took it to the dealer they told me it was the gearbox cable that was short so they had to extend it. fine that problem was solved. within the next 3 months i started struggling changing the gear from gear 1 to 2, i took it back to the dealer and they said nothing was wrong with the car however i still had the problem, so it was never fixed. a couple of months later the exhaust started making funny sounds which got worse every day. I took it to the dealer and i was told the exhaust had burst but they have ordered a new one. I was able to drive the car for only a couple of weeks until the exhaust error came on, then again the engine error message came back on. I have been waiting for the exhaust part for almost 3 months now and it still has not received. I was promised that they will have an ETA by the 20th of March but still nothing. the ETA doesn't however mean that the part is ready in the garage by the way. right now i do not have a car and I am told that they currently do not have any loan-cars available and are not sure when they will have, they can only speculate. i do not expect to have such a problem with a new car, I avoided buying 2nd hand cars for this reason but I'm faced with a nightmare. i wouldn't recommend the brand to anyone.
