RENAULT's BAD REPUTATION TURNED GOOD

Renault has a bad reputation (Speaking from experience) with regards to their turn around time and their bad choice of staff. However for the first ever I received the BEST service since using their brand. A lady by the name Fridah Maelula from the Renault Menlyn brach was just outstanding. Yes admit my car sat with them for 6 weeks but since day 1 she made sure that i get a car to use - which is treatment I never received from the Renault Fountain branch nor the one in Midrand New Road. I had sworn that i will never ever use this brand but Fridah managed to redeem Renaults reputation. No more oil leaks on my car (which is something the other 2 branches had claimed that they had fixed). Of course credit should also go to the Menlyn mechanics, one of them who ensured me that he will fix it to the maximum best. THANK YOU Fridah and thanks to your crew of mechanics as well. I give you guys 10/10.
