Renault/Liquid capital charges

Dear Sir/Madam I recently laid a complaint with Liquid Capital, which operates under your name. The essence of my complaint is that I paid R8500 for a contract which, on the end, paid out R4000 for two services. This I find exorbitant by any standard. I spoke to Boitumelo this morning, who refused to take my complaint. Renault can do better, surely!
