Renault Zambezi

My car was hit by a lighting in March 2024 and it was taken to Renault Zambezi they said they gonna fix it under warranty but instead they ordered a wrong part then they said for them to get the right one warranty will partly pay and I have to cover the rest, I asked how much is it they never gave me the amount then they made me pay for an incomplete diagnose report when I ask for a full report I was told the assessor who diagnosed my car no longer works the and I have to pay for a new diagnose report.
