Renault - Worst First Time Buyer Experience

I bought a Kwid Climber 2018 Brand new in November 2018**** within a week of driving the car i experinced the following problems: *) Clutch not coming up, has happened quite a few times *) Brakes continues RUMBLING AND SQUICKING and not stopping dead, feeling unsafe, questioned and asked about my kids safety - was told that car must come in and it a known fault. *) Engine lights on (accelerator pedal was replaced - was also told that they knew about the problem) light went off when accelerating and stayed constantly on when not. The engine light was off for a while and then just came on again. Again I questioned my kids safety. *) Idling and Refs is very high at times *) The Engine made some noise and it gets worse with time *) The car malfunctioned on my way to CPT from Paarl, and I had to pull over at the Platte kloof off-ramp for all the warning/ engine lights came on at once and then everything shut down, I had no lights and no hazards in the early morning, women alone and I called for assistance yet was told to check the water and also to find my way back to Paarl while I was in distress. I was told that they also do not have a curtesy vehicle for me. *) The car over heated and then upon return it was discovered that the fan was jammed. *) I bumped the car and reported it to my sales person who advised that I should have it fixed privately - yet upon return with another fault and insisting on a Dynos tic report I was told that I have to make use of their Panel beating companies and until I return with the quotation my warranty will be suspended.

This is by far the worst "first time buyer" experience that I have been living. I thought that at the time to buy new and a trusted brand would be to my benefit as a mom transporting children. I have received the most remarkable service until after the car was delivered and the problems started. YES I KNOW THAT EVERY COMPANY HAS THEIR POLICIES AND PROCEDURES but the customer service is poor and working for a corporate company myself I do believe that Renault can train better customer service as well as assistance to their new customers. You get treated as if you know nothing and are uneducated when faults are reported, it became so bad that I went back with a male colleague to report his findings on the car. My question to Renault is that why sell extra warranty? Why DO WE AS BUYERS buy brand new cars (entry level or not) if we need to pay the same price but get second hand services.

Worst experience ever and I love my car.
