Renault - worst car service ever
Having the full maintenance plan on the car should mean stress free but not in South Africa. The Renault having no clue what is customer service. More than year ago I took car for yearly check up to the agent. I didn't really pay attention to what is being serviced (mistake). I was relying indefinitely on honesty of the dealer. Never less because the car didn't reach 15000km there was no service basically done on. Nobody advise me to come back in 2000km again. They could't even manage to replace small piece of plastic which fall off from roof rack. My service book left also by dealer (usually before when it happened, They called you to collect - not any more). This time when I came to service the car for 30000km, they told me that because the car is over 31000km than cannot be covered by maintenance plan. When asked to speak with whoever in charge for I was told that they got nothing to do with maintenance plan, they just selling it. Attendant gave just number to call warranty office directly. The other day when asked by phone for back wiper cost I was told 40 R. The price surprised me and I repeated the price 3 times on every occasion the answer was the same. When came to get the
