Renault - worse ever
I purchased my Renault Kwid in December 2016. For the 2 years 1 month I purchased I had no problems but then 1 eve my cars ignition stayed on, I called Renault they sent a towing service to collect it on th 14th February. Got no feedback on the arrival of my vehicle at Renault, I called numerous times and ofcourse no answer and if there was an answer and eventually I got through and they have received Monday 18th and there is a turned around time as well of 72 hours before they see to my car and they will get someone to call me in the course of the day which took 2 days later only to find out my earth cable on my car was perished and how is this possible when I only had the car just over 2 years and it's a brand new car. Right, they fixed and I asked them to service it as well, not sure if they did though. Car was done but when my husband went to collect it Monday 25 Feb they said they are still busy, only to find out they broke a spark plug in my car while trying to either service of replace the earth cable. My car came home the 26th Feb with no service book. Again, I called numerous times no answer and till today, no answer. But that's not all, 20th March my car made a loud sound only to find out my exhaust was sooooo rusted it had to be replaced but when I got the car back nothing was said about it. My exhaust was replaced only to find out again that the box of the exhaust is messed up as well adn that had to be replaced.
When I purcahesd this car is was not in the showroom but over by the service department under the roof and no1 knew why it was there.
My car is a new car and gave me hassles in the past couple of months and Renault does not care to answer a call and lay out that what they have sold me was damaged goods before I purchased it. I am fuming as I am paying R2500 for a Kwid that is broken.
Please advise what u are going to do as Renault is the worse car dealers as they are not honest with their clients
