Renault wonderboom Junction

I took my car to Renault in wonderboom Junction for service and they told me everything is fine with the car so now within a week it made noise i called them they told me i must bring it back but they are fully booked only having a space 21 November,today i went there and they said i can drive the car and they will book me for 21st November there is nothing they can do i am so disappointed with Renault in wonderboom imagine i am a woman driving in a car which makes noise everyday until 21 November.
