Renault Witbank *********** Service!

I would just like to bring to your attention that Renault Witbank is the most *********** dealership around. I took my Renault Clio4 to them in March to assist me with the problem of it continuously cutting out. They replaced the airbag control unit saying that due to it having been involved in a bumper bashing that this was what was causing the cutting out issue. Even though there was no airbag deployment. After replacing this the vehicle continued with the same problem. After weeks of excuses here and there we were told that it was ready for collection. Only to be told the next morning that when my car was taken out of the wash bay it started cutting out again. After contacting Renault South Africa directly they eventually sent a technician out on the 6th May. Monday we were advised that the problem was resolved and that they wanted to keep the car for a day or 2 to ensure all was working. We got a call to collect it yesterday 12 May saying that it was ready. When picking up the car the key did not unlock the vehicle at which stage it was said that the battery was flat. We collected the spare key and to our surprise this too did not work at all. We questioned this as there was never ever any issue with the key when it went in in March. It was then said that the keys are faulty and would need to be reprogrammed. Cannot understand why as once again there was never a problem with either master key or spare key. Renault South Africa was once again contacted by us directly and we were told that they would look into the matter and call back before end of day. Surprise surprise this did not happen. At approximately 15h00 today 13 May I called head office demanding answers. They called me back and said that the keys were taken to another branch and the technician there too could not find a fault or understand why this was happening and it was said that it could be due to the accident. This is unacceptable as it was only a bumper bashing nothing serious, and when the car went in the whole time it was there not once was the key an issue. Amazing how it has worked up to now. They are very quick to take our money; just wish their service was just as quick. It's 2 months, with a vehicle that only has 5000km on it and the problem is not resolved. WHAT THE HELL!!!! I WILL NEVER EVER IN MY LIFE PURCHASE ANOTHER RENAULT VEHICLE AGAIN. worst *********** service ever!!!
