Renault: what after sales service?

I bought a 2024 model vehicle from Renault Toaki only to find that the exhaust was rusted. I logged a complaint the same day I brought the vehicle home in March. Since then I had to call the dealership multiple times to get feedback. To date, the service manager has still not contacted me with a resolution. Absolute worse after sales service I have ever received and would definitely not recommend this dealership.
