Renault Westonaria Agent conduct

The sales consultant promised multiple things and did not deliver instead she wanted me to loan my car to a client that's application for a car got declined. This deal was going to be facilitated by her. I have lodged a complaint but the dealer principal seems to busy and to bias to prioritize the matter even though i sent his evidence of the consultants conduct. I reached out to Renault and they advised that they unable to assist me with Sales Agent conduct have a nice day. I need my matter attended to please as it is almost a month with the issue.
