Renault West service poor

Renault West rand, such a horrible experience, i have been serving my car ( 6 service already) but the transmission oil not attended now they say an automatic clutch is damaged :( They refused to release the car and said it needed service, now they saying they will release as they waiting on warranty. How does this happen as they didn't want to release before service. Money making ****.
