Renault want to **** me, refuse to fix my car under warranty

It's my 3rd time writing here and I need face to face meeting with warranty people.

1.So meaning the cost of cleaning slides Is R7000? Because I was told to pay that. I was told warranty declined me because I ddnt service my car, that's, why I need report stating that if I serviced my car it was not gonna give me problems right.

2. I was forced to pay R2000 for brake pads and R1200 for touching my car by the guy called mandla I think.

3. I was told I need to return the car were I changed brake pads because that is the cause,

4, I was told the fault is alignment I need to pay R480, Nelly said it. , which 1 is the truth here, because it seems like Renault want to **** me, everyday different stories.

5. I service my car every December (refer service book) where was my car the hole of December? At the dealership, then why do I get blamed for not servicing my car December .

6. Since my car came from dealership it started giving me problems with sliding. 7. Every month I pay for the car that gives me problems, I hardly enjoy driving that car because it is always at the dealership, now you want me to pay all that money, as far as I know my car is still under warranty.

I need my car fixed and I'm not paying any cent, you guys promised 5 year warranty knowing you wanna **** your clients.

I am not gonna fetch that car until it's fixed and I taking this further , ombudsman will help me because they need people like you who lies to your clients . How did assessor confirmed the failure if they did not test drive the vehicle? I did not receive any report, what was declined. I need that report from assessor I believe it need to be shared with me right. Lastly, from September, October, November, December, January my car was at the dealership, i was not driving it and now in May my car is there again, take all monthly premiums that I was not driving it and pay for the repair .
