RENAULT VEHICLE RUSTED THAT IS 3 YEARS OLD AND MANUFACTURING WARRANTEE DOES NOT COVER IT

On the 25th November 2025 my vehicle was towed to Renault service department PE. A report was issued that my Exhaust is rusted that it breaks, the door rubber that is torn will not be covered by the manufacturing warrantee only the door handle. How can a Renault vehicle that is 3 years old exhaust rusted to so extend that it breaks and door rubber, and its not be covered by the manufacturing warrantee?

On the 2nd December 2025 they inform me my vehicle leak oil. I was never in possession of the vehicle and I’m sure they damage my vehicle.

They inform me that they going to charge storage so I arrange to collect my vey vehicle. On collection by the towing company I requested the towing company person to give the phone to the service consultant due to safety reason. The service consultant hears it’s me and put the phone off without want to attempt to listen to me. Its clear safety of customer’s vehicle is not a priority to them. I must pay instalment for a vehicle that according to my opinion was assemble with defects part and its clear after paying off a Renault vehicle your vehicle will be rusted that a person must buy a new vehicle. THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS 150 000KM/ 5 YEARS RENAULT MANUFACTURING WARRANTEE
