Renault Umhlanga Poor Service

Absolutely disgusted with the complete disregard towards the consumer. Would never recommend Renault to another family member or friend. *********** staff and lack of basic ethics. Bought a brand new car from Umhlanga showroom and the car isn't even starting, took my car in a few weeks back and they ran a diagnostic they reported they had to order a part. To date I have received no feedback with regards to the part. They even kept my car in for over 48 hours but I did not receive a courtesy car according to their "policy". Very disappointed with the service, will never buy another car from Renault again.
