Renault Tygervalley - bad service

Hi, I bought my new Renault Kwid in February at the Tygervalley dealership. They were very helpful and friendly up to the point when I drove off with my car, firstly the floor carpet came loose from its stitching, I had to make arrangements with the service Centre and when I arrive at the service Centre, I was at first told that they do not provide transport for their clients from Stikland to Cape Town CBD, only after I made a noise about this, they agreed to transport me, this already left a bitter taste in my mouth. I also calculated that I had to drive about 100 km of my own petrol to short out a Renault factory default A few months later, with my car now 7 months on the road, I noticed rust spots on the roof, I now had to drive another 100km, when I went back to fetch my car at the service Centre, I found that my car was serviced, but no attention was paid to the actual rust problem, the attendant on the day quickly had to take some pictures, after this nobody phoned me back, even though I promised to be called back, only after I phoned the service Centre again, Renault started to make arrangements, this time again I had to drive more than 100km to get my car to the panel beaters. Yesterday I left my cars lights on accidentally, I contacted the roadside assistance, who came very quickly to my aide, I am very grateful for their quick response, after getting my car going again, I surprisingly found that my onboard media system is now asking for an authentication code, I phoned the dealership who referred me to the service Centre, who simply told me that I will have to visit the service Centre to obtain the code, I would like to know what is so important about this code, since I am driving around in my car anyway, what are being protected here?! I am not prepared to drive another 100km to have this problem sorted, I am very disappointed with Renault and I will definitely think twice to buy another vehicle from them, I advice anybody else to be very careful when doing business with Renault, their friendliness is not genuine, they are pretending.
