Renault triber terrible!!!!!

Bought Renault triber march 2020 six months into purchase i complained about a s****ing noise on brakes and gurgling. Have taken my car in about 4 times, they say "the brakes show no sign of wear and tear" however the brakes are not covered?? So what is causing the noise??? Also CORROSION found 1 year under bonnet. Had to return for panel beating. Complaints are dismissed, even going as far as advising me in an email to contact ombudsman and spelling brakes - breaks!!! Highly upset, irritated at no solution, first time buyer of renault. Never again. Oh and car is only on 6000km!!!!!!!!!!!!!
