Renault triber break issue

I have a 2025 Renault triber. I have 44340km on the clock and am now on my 5th set of break pads. I have complained since replacing the second set only to be told that they can't find anything wrong. I have never gone through breaks as quickly as is in over 30 years of driving. I contacted Renault sa and received a call back and was promised that they would investigate and get back to me. That was two weeks ago now. I did supply the dealer with a post on a Renault site claiming that they know of an issue with he breaks on this model and there is a free upgrade to fix the issue, only to be told by the dealer that there is no such upgrade.
