RENAULT TREATS CUSTOMERS LIKE DIRT

I bought a new car through Renault Centurion and paid cash, but when my registration documents came, it had my old physical address on even though I did send through my new physical address as per request by the salesman (Geoffrey Matlala) so that he can get the registration documents ready.I have requested that I need the documents to be amended as I have never owned a car on my own name,he said he would amend it.He phoned me again saying that it is correct on the system, and I would not accept that,as I want the physical documents and I cannot go on someone's word because of so much *****.Another man phoned me from his cell phone number ***, I could not exactly hear what his name was),and telling me that everything was fine on the system and why did I need the documents as it was on the system? I told him that I am his client and that when you provide information requested and still they do not do their job correctly that it is unacceptable and that he can't expect to pay for a service that is not even correct. He then laughed at me and said I am unreasonable and said I was unintelligent and put the phone down in my ear!How dare he say something like that about a CUSTOMER?
